Per the regulations of the national ACFE, only ACFE members can join a chapter. If you are already a member of the ACFE please fill out the form below to be added to our Chapter records.

Affinity & Investment Frauds

Mark W. Pugsley

Mark W. Pugsley is an attorney with Ray Quinney & Nebeker has been writing and speaking on affinity fraud and Ponzi schemes for many years and was on a panel discussion at the ACFE fraud conference 2015. Mr. Pugsley frequently publishes articles regarding securities fraud in Utah and nationally on his blog at UtahSecuritiesFraud.com.

The Utah ACFE Chapter is made up of fraud fighters who can offer a wealth of anti-fraud knowledge. If you would like to share some of the knowledge you have acquired with the chapter please schedule a presentation.
