Join the Utah ACFE Chapter

Per the regulations of the national ACFE, only ACFE members can join a chapter. If you are already a member of the ACFE please fill out the form below to be added to our Chapter records.

If you are not yet a member of the ACFE, you can sign up for a membership here. Also, if you are not an ACFE member you are always welcome to attend our monthly chapter meetings or conferences as a guest.

Brent Johnson

September 4, 2018

Graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in English and Law and remain a true Ute fan. Served as a law clerk intern for Judge Russell Bench. Worked 2 years for Questar Corporation and then spent 4 1/2 years with a 5 attorney law firm, doing general law work. Came to the courts in December 1993. Appointed General Counsel in February 1995. Teaches ethics classes as a regular part of General Counsel duties. Received the Judicial Administration Award in 1997 and again in 2017. Received the Justice Court Amicus Curiae award in 2004. Hobbies include fishing, hunting, sports, photography, motorcycling, and being with family. Has written several fishing articles for a local outdoor magazine.

The Utah ACFE Chapter is made up of fraud fighters who can offer a wealth of anti-fraud knowledge. If you would like to share some of the knowledge you have acquired with the chapter please schedule a presentation.

We are always on the lookout for outstanding chapter members and other individuals in the community to present at monthly chapter meetings. If you have suggestions for future presenters we would love to know.
