Topic: Timothy Staley is a recognized fraud prevention and national due diligence professional and a twenty year investment industry veteran. He has spoken on the national stage regarding financial scams and consumer fraud. He feels the need for complete transparency. Timothy takes his responsibilities seriously. He has assisted regulatory agencies in the prosecution of fraudulent companies bilking investors of over $500 million in investment capital. Many of the investors recover their initial investment while the perpetrators are prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
