Utah Chapter ACFE Scholarship Program

The ACFE Foundation provides annual student scholarships opportunities for students who have a declared major or minor in accounting, business administration, finance, cyber security, or criminal justice and demonstrate a desire to pursue a career in fraud examination or similar anti-fraud profession.

History & Purpose

Our chapter has supported Utah-based colleges and universities for many years, helping and extending a hand to students pursuing a career in fraud prevention and detection. This includes offering trainings and conferences at no cost, providing full access to our chapter library and providing networking to potential employers. Our 500+ members span the entire state of Utah. To expand our reach to all members, we began offering online-based trainings in 2020. The revenues generated from online trainings fund the Utah Area Chapter CFE Scholarship Program.

Award amounts are $1000. Scholarships are awarded in U.S. dollars and include a Student-Associate membership to the Utah Area Chapter CFE.
